MCU: Ranking Every Upcoming Project By Anticipation

Just like naysayers on the Internet swore up and down for months that Ant-Man would be a huge flop heralding the downfall of Marvel Studios, so, too, did they insist that last year's Guardians of the Galaxy would be "the one" that tanked. 

It's been over a year since its release and names like Star-Lord, Rocket and Groot have long since become part of the pop culture lexicon. Immensely quotable, armed with a great soundtrack and loaded with a ton of heart, the film's popularity is still going strong, guaranteeing that the 2017 follow-up will be an even bigger success.

Though the core group is set to return, along with supporting faces like Yondu and Nebula, we also know that another Guardian will be joining the team. And while everyone is playing coy about whether or not we'll be seeing the team in one or both parts of Infinity War, between Thanos' role in the first film and Drax's vow to kill him, there's little doubt that Marvel would pass on the opportunity to print even more money by having them join the fight.
