4. Jean Grey - Blue

Jean Grey has had many a formidable look over the years, and though it's only a recent design, her outfit seen in X-Men: Blue makes a compelling case to be considered her best.

Utilising a blend of green and yellow to harken back to her history as the Phoenix, the design first seen in 2017 provided a modern uplift to Jean's old threads. This was changed once again in X-Men: Red to fit back in with her nineties look, and though both outfits would work wonderfully on screen, the pragmatic blend seen in Blue may work better.

The combination of the jacket and jumpsuit also works as a callback to one of the longest running trends in X-Men costumes. Wolverine, Cyclops and Rogue have all worn jackets over their outfits at various points over the years, but this one blends the jacket seamlessly into the design.
