5. Scott Howard - Teen Wolf (1985)
It might be controversial, given that Teen Wolf is one of the greatest cult pleasures in family horror movies, but its one of those movies that succeeds precisely because its charmingly terrible. The same goes for Foxs central performance: though it came before Back To The Future, the same charming beats are evident, but hes horribly limited by horrendous make-up and ridiculous material. Yes, perhaps its a little silly to judge a werewolf teen basketball movie by traditional standards, but thats just an excuse to give the performance a free pass. And frankly, theres something something entirely irresistible about how bad it is: were it not for the awkwardness perhaps the film wouldnt be so fondly remembered.
