New York Comic Con 2017: 10 Major Anouncements That Must Happen

5. Something On Fox's X-Men Movies

Production on The New Mutants may have only wrapped last month, but that (and Deadpool 2) are the two upcoming X-projects with the biggest chance of getting showcased on the NYCC showfloor.

Fox's presence at the convention has offered no indication that any of the upcoming X-slate will be getting shown off, but The Gifted - the latest X-Men related TV show to be produced by the company - most definitely will. It shows that Marvel's on the company's mind, and - if they can somehow squeeze in a set photo (or maybe even two!) - then that'd be great.

We know barely anything about the film, after all - apart from the fact that it's being spoken of as a horror film - and a trailer would be just the thing to set the hype train rolling. If not that, then some new material on Dark Phoenix or Deadpool would do, even if they only have a poster to show off.
