14. Remembering Moonlight Is Pretty Great

It amongst the scandal, with finger-pointing and meme-making a plenty, it's easy to forget about the two movies themselves at the heart of it.

Moonlight's Best Picture win has been completely overshadowed by this farce, which is understandable but also a shame, because it's a beautiful and important film. Plus, a movie about a gay black person getting Best Picture is a big step in the right direction for the Academy.
