Assuming that this year's first film makes enough money, it's likely that we'll see another Guardians Of The Galaxy movie, especially with the Thanos storyline unlikely to be resolved just yet. Kevin Feige has already said that we can perhaps expect spin-offs for GoG characters but that won't happen just yet, and if we're being lead towards the conclusion of the Infinity Gems, it would make sense to see the Reality Gem, which should remain in Peter Quill's possession at the end of the first movie, fall into the hands of one of Thanos' minions. Star-Lord's actions ultimately lead to the disbanding of the team. If this film even gets off the ground, it means the first one was good enough and well-received enough to justify it, which can only be a good thing for fans looking for some diversity. The Cameo: Loki, perhaps revealing himself as having re-aligned with Thanos.
