Despicable Me 3 looks set to throw everything the series has at the wall, and while it'll feel a little more uneven than its predecessors, it's still going to score generally well with critics thanks to the talented voice cast, fun visuals and witty script.

The idea of Gru having a twin brother isn't exactly the most compelling concept, but Trey Parker's 80s-obsessed supervillain looks set to steal the show. It'll be much better than Minions, anyway.
