Ranking All Friday The 13th Final Girls From Worst To Best

7. Lori Campbell - Freddy Vs. Jason

One could argue that Lori Campbell (Monica Keena) deserves a higher spot on this list, for she had to battle both Freddy Krueger and Jason Voorhees in her one silver screen outing to date.

That outing came in Ronny Yu's 'does exactly as it says on the tin' Freddy vs. Jason back in 2003, with Lori the one to wield the machete that decapitated Freddy Krueger at that crossover movie's close.

If anything, Lori ends up aligning with Jason during the final act of Freddy vs. Jason, even if she and her friends had earlier been stalked and tormented by Voorhees. That torment, though, had been down to Freddy pulling Jason's strings and manipulating him as part of a plan to make Springwood remember Krueger.

When breaking it down, Lori's real battle here is with Robert Englund's Freddy Krueger, with Jason merely a pawn who finds himself placed up against Lori. That's why Monica Keena's character doesn't rank any higher here.

Also, the wink of Krueger's decapitated head in Freddy vs. Jason's closing shot suggests that maybe Lori hasn't got the job done quite as well as we were initially led to believe.
