6. Far North - Frozen To Death Whilst Naked
The 2007 survival horror film Far North is about a mother and daughter who escape civilization to live life out in the Arctic Tundra. Whilst out on a hunt, they encounter a man (Bean) who is badly injured and freezing to death. After nursing him back to health, the daughter and Bean fall in love much to the disapproval of the mother.
This is where things take a very dark turn.
When the daughter and Bean start talking about returning to civilization, the mother is worried she may lose her daughter, so she kills her daughter by strangling her with her own hair, cuts her daughter's face off and puts it on her own. When Bean returns from a hunt, he mistakenly gets it on with the mother and, after discovering his true love's corpse, freaks out and runs into the Arctic Tundra. Completely naked.
Although we don't see him take his final breath, this makes it into the 6th place for sure not only for the context, but the directorial choice not to show Bean's death and to let the audience imagine the horrors going through his head as he slowly freezes to death.
