Rachel Morrison made history when she was nominated for Mudbound last year, so she'll certainly be on members' radars again this time around. Some of her work in Black Panther is gorgeous, especially in capturing the intense fight sequences and, most of all, the otherworldly, dream-like ancestral plane.

That said, Cinematography is a typically stacked category, and there are a lot of other options here, from early favourites like Roma, First Man, and If Beale Street Could Talk, along with the likes of Widows and The Sisters Brothers.

Chances Of Nomination: 6/10

Chances Of Winning: It might just sneak into the five, but Morrison will once again come up short against this competition. 3/10
