Ranking December 2015's Movies From Worst To Best

16. Sisters

RottenTomatoes Score: 59% (6.0) Box Office: Sisters opened slightly above projections and has near-doubled its $30 million budget already. It's not a major success, but a solid hit all the same. Verdict: If not quite as riotously entertaining as a Tina Fey-Amy Poehler pairing should be, Sisters nevertheless mines consistent laughs from its undeniably overlong run-time, aided by a terrific ensemble cast and a few surprise cameos along the way. Above all else, it's refreshing to see the usual man-child movie flipped on its head for the female set: it's no less crude and demented, that's for sure. Fey and Poeler paper over the movie's uneven pacing with a consistent charm offensive, re-affirming why we need more movies co-starring them in the future.
