Ranking Every DC Original Animated Movie Worst To Best

11. Justice League: Crisis On Two Earths (2010)

Justice League Doom
Warner Bros.

Taking inspiration from Grant Morrison's JLA: Earth 2 mini-series, 'Two Earths' has a cracking premise: the Justice League have met their match as they're forced to take on their evil universe counterparts in a battle to save the multiverse!

Much fun is had as our super-team - coupled with a heroic Lex Luthor - as they have to combat and strategise against their evil equals from the 'Crime Syndicate' in several spectacular stand-offs. The most intriguingly twist on the hero persona is sinister member Owlman, creepily voiced by James Woods, as a chilling sociopathic version of Batman who wishes to destroy the human race for no greater reason than cold logic.

This movie is truly a blast from beginning to end; the fights are fast and furious, the team dynamic never better and the plot surprisingly elaborate and clever. DC animated were really beginning to hit their stride around this point and their efforts showed no sign of slacking. In fact, it would easily stand as the best JLA effort if it wasn't for that time-bending later effort.
