16. The Fox And The Hound (1981)
Out of all 53 movies that I watched for this list, this was the only one that made me for-real cry. Like, "tears streaming down my face" cry.
The Fox and the Hound is one of Disney's most charming movies. It's a beautiful story of friendship that teaches its audience that you don't have to subscribe to learned hatred; you can coexist (or even like) one another in spite of your differences.
That being said, they probably should have spent more time building up Tod and Copper's childhood relationship and less time on the bits with the birds and the caterpillar (even if it did end up speaking to the movie's central theme). But that doesn't ruin the movie in the slightest.
