17. The Jungle Book (1967)
Quite a lot of criticism levied against this movie's plot, but it's a lot more well-done than meets the eye.
Mowgli's journey to the man village and all the wacky characters he meets all the way are thoroughly enjoyable. Especially Baloo, who is so charming that he's likely the reason behind many people's weird fascination with bears.
The ticking-time-bomb approach to the villain was effective, as well. Shere Khan isn't actually in a lot of the movie, but he's constantly referenced, making him an ever-present threat throughout. And it's awesome that it's not until Mowgli defeats him and proves himself worthy of staying in the jungle that he finally goes to the man village.
Oh, and the music slaps, too. God, this movie is just so much fun.
