Ranking Every Magnificent Seven Character From Worst To Best

4. Billy Rocks (Byung-hun Lee)

The Magnificent Seven
MGM

Byung-hun Lee is a terrifically under-appreciated actor who may not have a huge role in this movie, but it's nevertheless a big step up from his solid work in underwhelming films such as RED 2 and Terminator Genisys.

What an introduction this character has, pulling a hairpin out and throwing it into the guy he's about to have a gunfight with. Despite the PG-13 rating, the film still does a great job depicting Billy's savage brutality, especially with a knife, and it's refreshing that he wasn't just cast as a stereotypical ninja as so many Asian actors tend to be.

He sadly succumbs to Bogue's gigantic Gatling Gun in the film's finale, but is easily one of the movie's coolest and most entertaining characters despite not saying much.
