Ranking Every Nicolas Cage Movie Worst To Best
77. Season Of The Witch (2011)
Despite the obvious appeal of Cage and Ron Perlman teaming up as two battle-worn crusaders, Season of the Witch is an intensely boring fantasy thriller, beset by some of the most atrocious VFX you'll see in any movie with a $40 million budget.
Low on memorable action, dialogue, or even kooky Cage moments, it's notable only for featuring one of Cage's lushest hairdos - that is, wigs - and the feature debut of Claire Foy as the suspected titular witch.
76. Inconceivable (2017)
The insensitively-titled Inconceivable literally centers on Gina Gershon's inability to conceive a baby. Wow.
For the first time in his career, Cage finds himself in a movie which wouldn't seem out of place on Lifetime, and though the performances are all relatively solid considering the material, the material is toe-curlingly tacky.
Cage is missing for large swaths of the runtime and isn't given much meat to chew on at all even when he is present, sadly.
