Ranking Every Predator From Worst To Best

First impressions are always important and with the Jungle Hunter, it certainly made one. As a hunter sent to a dense and hot jungle, this Predator systematically killed the main characters one by one. Armed with wristblades, a plasma caster and the ability to turn invisible, Jungle Hunter was an efficient killer, picking off its victims with patience and cunning.

It's also a miracle this character was created. Designed last minute by Stan Winston and his team after the previous Predator design was scrapped, they managed to form one of cinema's most recognizable movie monsters. The Predator was unlike any creature that had come before it. With its mask and armor, it blended the savagery of a hunter with a sophistication of a civilized alien race.

Eventually, the Jungle Hunter would face off against Arnold Schwarzenegger's Dutch on a one-on-one duel to the death. While it had the upper hand, Dutch managed to outsmart it by dropping a log on its head. The Jungle Hunter also has the distinction of being the only Predator to successfully kill itself. As a final move, it activated a wrist nuke, laughing creepily as Dutch ran from the incoming blast.

Without this Predator, there would not be any franchise. With its design and its effectiveness as a movie monster, the Jungle Hunter set the bar for future Predators to come.
