Ranking June 2016's Movies - From Worst To Best

7. Swiss Army Man

Finding Dory Warcraft Central Intelligence Independence Day Resurgence
Blackbird Films

RottenTomatoes Score: 63% (6.6/10)

Box Office: Never underestimate the power of Harry Potter at the box office. The Daniel Radcliffe-starring surreal comedy has made an impressive $114,000 on just 3 screens so far. It'll struggle to make its budget back (whatever that actually is), but it could do well on the VOD circuit.

Verdict: Without question one of the year's weirdest films, Swiss Army Man nevertheless has more going for it than its mere strangeness: Paul Dano and Radcliffe give stellar performances and manage to wring surprising emotion out of a film about a marooned man bonding with a corpse that washes up on shore.

It won't be for all tastes, but it features the most memorable fart gag in recent cinematic history, and is absolutely like nothing else out there right now.
