Box Office: Budgetary info for the low-fi horror is nowhere to be found, but it's likely that the worldwide $2 million gross (almost entirely from Mexico) will reap back most if not all of its costs. Once you factor in home video sales, it'll probably be a minor success.

Verdict: Jon Watts, director of the upcoming Spider-Man: Homecoming, serves up a deliciously demented tale about a loving father who puts on a clown suit only to discover that he cannot remove it.

Unfortunately, though, the execution is never quite as terrific as the premise, resulting in an intermittently entertaining effort that might do enough for genre enthusiasts, though might feel a little under-cooked for most others.
