Ranking November 2015’s Movies From Worst To Best

10. The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2

RottenTomatoes Score: 71% (6.5/10) Box Office: The $160 million Hunger Games finale was always going to do well, and it's pulled in $440 million at the time of writing. The film did however open below expectations, its opening weekend being the lowest for a film in the franchise, but even if it ends up as the lowest grosser of the lot when it's all said and done, it'll still be a stonking success, passing the $600 million mark with ease. Verdict: Mockingjay isn't a particularly beloved book even by Hunger Games fanboys/girls, but the film does a solid job bringing closure to Katniss' journey, even if it's far too long, hilariously self-regarding and Jennifer Lawrence is again prone to some cringe-worthy over-acting. Still, the action sequences are the best in the series (the sewer fight in particular), and there are some sly twists and turns that help amp up the tension ahead of the finale. Not great, but satisfying enough for sure.
