Ranking November 2017's Movies From Worst To Best

5. Good Time

Robert Pattinson Good Time
A24

RottenTomatoes Score: 91% (7.5/10)

Box Office: The budget hasn't been disclosed (though it was clearly low), and the Robert Pattinson-starring crime drama has made around $2.5 million at the box office. VOD sales will probably push it into profitability.

Verdict: If you needed more proof that Pattinson is more than just a former Twilight star, here it is. Good Time provides the actor with a rough, massively against-type part which he clearly relishes playing, while the film's co-director Ben Safdie is also fantastic as the mentally handicapped brother of Pattinson's character.

Visually hypnotic, darkly funny and thoroughly engrossing from start to finish, Good Time carves out a quirky niche for itself in a crowded genre, and boasts easily the best and most interesting work of Pattinson's career to date.
