Ranking October 2017's Movies From Worst To Best

RottenTomatoes Score: 15% (3.6/10)

Box Office: The $120 million disaster flick bombed domestically though has enjoyed success in China thanks to the marketing being centred around Daniel Wu, who has a small supporting role. It's just managed to make its budget back, but is an undeniable disappointment for Warner Bros.

Verdict: Well, few were probably expecting fantastic things from this Gerard Butler-starring disaster flick, and while it's undeniably terrible, you can't really criticise it for taking itself too seriously.

Still, the titular catastrophe never actually happens, the political "subplot" takes up way too much of the movie, and it's clear that the film was duct-taped together after reshoots.

At least the CGI isn't terrible and you'll probably laugh quite a but, but at the movie more than with it.
