Ranking The MCU Captain America Suits From Worst To Best
2. Second Avengers Uniform
Whereas the official suit in Captain America: The First Avenger sacrificed the muscled look in favor of bulky, practical armor, The Avengers suit relied more heavily on being muscle-defining. This one is the best of both worlds by being a heavily kevlar-armored piece with padding strategically placed to imply a perfectly sculpted body. The result is Mr. Rogers looking more buff than ever. The best decision is to have the blue shoulders part to white biceps and then return to a blue color for the forearms - his entire arms look huge for it.
The blue color is darker than usual, giving Steve a serious feel. Red accents are placed all over the suit to give it some brightness, but they are small enough details that they do not overtake the design. The red stripes on the abs are edgy and bendy, contributing to a slimming figure.
Avengers: Age of Ultron is the moment the Captain America uniform is perfected in the modern timeline. All the others Steve wears after this picture have no choice but to be modified versions of this perfection.
