Reservoir Dogs: Every Character & Performance Ranked

4. Mr. Blonde - Michael Madsen

And now to the four fantastic performances, and the four phenomenal characters of Reservoir Dogs. All four of these entries have a case to be number one and for many, Michael Madsen's Mr Blonde IS that number one.

From his line "are you gonna bark all day little doggie, or are you gonna bite?" to the Stuck In The Middle With You ear scene, Mr. Blonde is arguably Reservoir Dogs’ most iconic character. That iconic status is earned. Vic Vega’s cool, calm demeanour excels hand-in-hand with the initial knowledge and later reveal that he is a total psychopath.

Madsen is a Tarantino regular appearing in the second most amount of Tarantino’s movies (behind Samuel L. Jackson of course) and it all kicks off in Reservoir Dogs and he earns his reoccurrence. The way he talks, the way he drinks and throws his drink, the way he dances before chopping the cop’s ear with his razor and basically everything else Madsen does is fantastic.
