3. Robocop: Live Action Series (1994)

How do you follow up an abysmal movie that totally ruined a franchise? Well, by creating an even worse live action television series that's how. The trailer promises "16, almost 17, hours" of action which is incentive enough to avoid this horrible programme. There's very little to skim from the trailer this time except that the titular character had been replaced yet again and although Richard Eden does a better job than RJ Burke he sounds far too young - almost as if this is Robocop the teenage years. The whole series was aimed at teenagers and half the characters had to have different names because of rights issues. The only saving grace is the pilot episode which was actually the original script for Robocop 2.
