20 Secret Movie Sub-Plots You Didn't Notice

Pixar has always loved linking its films, with cameos and Easter eggs galore no matter where you look. 

But there's one particular link that often goes unseen. Most notable in the beautiful and hilarious Wall-E, the company Buy 'N' Large keeps turning up. In Wall-E, it's seen as a major marketing website that also produces a wide range of products for consumers, from batteries to toys. 

After Wall-E, Buy 'N' Large kept turning up with blink-and-you'll-miss-it cameos, such as in Toy Story 3, where the company is seen as the supplier of Buzz Lightyear's batteries, and Cars 3, where its logo is seen in a list of sponsors for the tracks Lightning McQueen races on. 

Buy 'N' Large, it seems, are a major part of the Pixar brand, responsible for supplying many of our favourite characters with the tools that make up their worlds. Who are they really? Will we ever find out? Who knows, but I'm sure we'll see them again down the line.
