5. Abu Bakaar
Like Raza, Abu Bakaar was one of the Ten Rings members who was involved in the kidnapping of Tony Stark. Before Raza really took the reins, he was the one who demanded Tony's compliance in building the Jericho missile for the organization.
After Tony escaped, the remaining Ten Rings members seemingly split up, with Raza headed down a path that led to his death and Bakaar leading the militants that attacked the village of Gulmira. Their actions caught the attention of a vengeful Stark, who arrived and proceeded to kill all the Ten Rings members except for Bakaar, who he left to the mercy of the citizens of the town.
Beyond that, Bakaar's fate is unknown, but if he survived, an appearance in the upcoming film would be yet another slick way of bringing everything full circle. If he didn't survive, then even having him appear alongside Raza in flashbacks - should the film choose to explore that past - would be just as welcome.
