Shang-Chi: 8 Characters Who Should Appear

One of the biggest questions marks currently looming over the franchise is the fate of the cancelled Netflix shows and all the characters they introduced into the MCU. With Marvel TV now folded into Kevin Feige's oversight under Marvel Studios, fans are waiting to see whether he chooses to wipe the shows from continuity and start anew or keep them as is.

It's an interesting situation, as many fans certainly would hate to see the loss of actor/character pairings like Charlie Cox's Daredevil, Krysten Ritter's Jessica Jones, Vincent D'Onofrio's Kingpin, and Jon Bernthal's Punisher. But then there's also Iron Fist, the less-than-stellar reception of which never earned the outpouring of love that its sibling shows and their characters received, though the series had much improved throughout its second season before its untimely end.

That said, with Shang-Chi's modern ties to Heroes for Hire in the comics, it'd be neat to see characters like Danny Rand or Colleen Wing show up somehow if Shang-Chi ends up globetrotting, though there's always the option to include other Iron Fists without contradicting the series if it's decided that we'll never see those characters again.

Season two established, for instance, that Orson Randall exists, but even if it's a long shot that an Iron Fist appears, it's hard to exclude the character from this list simply for the desire to see him - or any version - done justice.
