6. The Chameleon Enters The Fray
The Chameleon was set to play a small, but crucial role in Silver & Black, though there's no evidence to suggest that he had anything to do with the "Dmitri" introduced as working for Nick Fury and Maria Hill in Spider-Man: Far From Home (thinking about it, chances are he was a Skrull anyway).
This take on the character was reportedly a man on the run from his own past with quite the reputation in the Tri-Border area for being in the know. Surprisingly, it doesn't sound like he was supposed to be a full-blown baddie, and was a fellow mercenary who served as an ally to Silver Sable.
With only a handful of scenes, he was set to help Sable find Felica, while showing off his skills as a master of disguise (which would have been very cool to see in live-action at last). Of course, many fans will argue that he deserved better, but you have to believe he could have eventually returned either in a sequel to this movie or another SPUMC project as a recurring presence in these spinoffs.
