4. The Cars Reflect Their Owners
Much is made in the featurette of the fact that both Bond's Aston Martin and Hinx's Jaguar are tailored to suit the personalities of their drivers. The Aston is classic 007 - sleek, sophisticated and visually impressive - while the Jag comes across as loud, intense, and full of brawny power, just like Mr Hinx (and, indeed, Dave Bautista himself). Bond fans will be hoping that such an interest in the personality of a henchman signals the return to form of this much-loved 007 trope. For all the strengths of Daniel Craig's series of Bond movies, a notable area in which they lag behind the rest of the franchise is in terms of colourful henchmen. Fans arguably haven't been treated to a legitimately unique character in this regard since Die Another Day's diamond-studded Zao, some 13 years ago - but if anyone can inject a touch of exaggerated menace into the franchise, Bautista is surely the man for the job.
