Spider-Man: 13 Film Moments That Don't Make ANY Sense
1. When Did Tony Stark Make The EDITH Glasses For Spider-Man?
In Spider-Man: Far From Home, Peter Parker is struggling with the death of Tony Stark. In Stark's will, he left Parker a pair of glasses called EDITH, which allows him to control all Starktech.
As has already been mentioned in this list, Stark has a bad habit of giving his incredibly dangerous tech to a 15-year-old kid. Why didn't Stark give this technology to James Rhodes AKA War Machine? Not only is Rhodey his best friend but he has military training so he would know the most efficient way to operate Stark's weaponry.
Better yet, why didn't Stark give this technology to his wife, Pepper Potts? She was in charge of Stark Enterprises. She has repeatedly run the show when Stark was out of commission.
Now, you could argue this. "Stark is reckless! He always does stupid stuff like this!"
And that's true. Which leads me to the biggest plothole; when did he decide that Parker would inherit EDITH? After Thanos performed The Snap during the events in Avengers: Infinity War, Spider-Man was dead. Five years went by and Stark moved on with his life and started a family. Parker only came back to life five minutes before Iron Man died. Even if Stark had completed EDITH in those five years, when did he have the opportunity to program it for Peter Parker?
