5. The Music

Now, this is likely to be divisive, because the choice to use The Ramones' "I Wanna Be Sedated" in the US trailer (it's not in the International teaser that also came with alternate footage for some reason *shrug*), but there's something quite lovely in the symbiosis between the punk legends and Peter Parker as a character.

He's the most punk rock of all the superheroes in the MCU - not because he wears leather and puts a big safety pin through his nose or anything, but because his sensibilities are so anti-establishment and he's so comparatively edgy - and you can imagine him absolutely being a fan of the Ramones. And we already know they were big fans of him...

There are also lyrical beats that match the visuals in the trailer, including the gag of having Ned Leeds be shot in the neck with a dart gun by Nick Fury just as the song's about to say "I wanna be sedated." Sure, it's a simple pleasure, but it's a bloody good one.
