5. The Leaked Call Sheet
After a call sheet hit the web from Homecoming, it was widely responded to, with some calling it out as a fake and others leaping on the suggestions in there that could offer some of the film's general shape.
But then Hannibal Buress seemingly confirmed one detail of it, and validated the entire thing for a lot of people.

He spoke to Power 105.1 Breakfast Club, and confirmed his role:
In Spider-Man, I play a gym teacher. I play one of the dumbass characters that don’t realize he’s Spider-Man. [My character thinks] ‘He’s Peter Parker. Oh man, this guy’s really athletic!’
That fits with the call sheet's revel that he's playing Coach Wilson.
That means we can expect The Shocker (something set photos also basically confirmed), and interestingly Kenneth Choi, who played Jim Morita in Captain America: The First Avenger, to be playing Principal Morita. So surely those two characters are related?
There's also other stuff in there too that's led to more significant theorising...
