The call sheet also suggests a couple of other future super-characters might already be in this new Spider-Man universe.
According to Heroic Hollywood, Tiffany Espensen’s character - named only “Cindy” - is a code-name similar to Zendaya's Michelle. They say that she's playing Cindy Moon AKA heroin Silk, who is a Korean-American hero.
And then there's Ned Leeds, who goes on to become Hobgoblin in the comics, and also Ms Warren, who could be related to Miles Warren, who becomes The Jackal in the comics.

They might be no more than Easter Eggs, but Marvel have already been very clear on their agenda to make this universe already "lived in", which means suggesting ties to other Spider-Man characters and lore.
It wouldn't at all be surprising if Espensen was set up to evolve into Silk, or Leeds to go the Hobgoblin route. Marvel need new villains after all, and Hobgoblin - and The Jackal for that matter - would work as potential secondary antagonists next time out. There needs to be enough villains for Tony Stark to allow Spider-Man to work autonomously to police Queens after all without making him register and be accountable to government control.
