7. Coach Wilson

Yes, he may not be on screen for more than a few minutes, but Hannibal Buress' Coach Wilson - who is one of only a couple of characters seemingly not taken from the comics - is an incredibly funny addition to the cast and is gifted the film's best line.

When he adds a stinger to the first Captain America PSA video in Peter's school suggesting that he's "pretty sure this guy's a war criminal now" before shrugging off the school still using his videos, it's just the most perfect moment. Along with Mr Harrington's fatalism, his complete lack of f*cks given will make him the spirit animal of pretty much every disaffected high school teacher watching.

And it helps that Buress would pretty much be hysterical reading the phonebook, of course.
