3. The Airplane Battle

Unless there's a big scene we haven't witnessed yet, then this is going to be the climactic battle of the movie.

We see Vulture and Spider-Man fighting it out in three different locations - his lock-up, Coney Island, and atop an airplane - so the only question is which order they come in. The lock-up fight is likely to be the beginning of this end battle, unless it's a separate, smaller, and earlier fight.

The big two are Coney Island and the plane. It could be that it starts on the beach and then Vulture takes the fight to the sky, though given the fire around them it looks more likely that the beach is the aftermath of that aeronautical battle (which includes that shot of Peter using his webs to save the plane, proving himself with a similar effort to what happened with the Ferry, only without Iron Man's help). This is backed up by the fact Peter's mask is still on in the plane sequence, but it's off here.

Things really don't look good for our hero, but obviously he somehow gets out of it and wins.
