Spider-Man: Homecoming Trailer 2 Breakdown - 34 Things You Must See

19. Casual Vulture

Michael Keaton's Vulture looks great even when he's not rocking his wings. He's creepy looking, he's lithe and muscular and he pulls off that fur coat like he has no right to. That's obviously a nod to Adrian Toomes' look in the comics, but it's also a faintly sorrowful reminder of how great Keaton would have been as Kraven the Hunter.

He also feels a little like a cult leader, waging war on the rich and privileged, and we get some of his recruitment spiel: “The world’s changing, boys. Time we changed, too.” He also shows off his personal prejudices:

“The rich and the powerful, like Stark, they don’t care about us.”

He might have thrown shade at Captain America over Civil War, but at some point Tony's going to have to question the frequency with which he creates villains in the MCU.

There's also another look at the same shot of Donald Glover and Logan Marshall-Green's members of his gang, though weirdly, it's been flipped from the first trailer...

This trailer seems to suggest this shot is from a weapons test for the gun we later see Vulture using - so either these are the goons Vulture buys his weaponry from (who work for The Tinkerer), or at least Donald Glover is as Marshall-Green road-tests the weaponry for his boss Toomes. It's super effective...
