5. The Plane Set-Piece

Anything Superman can do...

One of the best things about Spidey's debut in Captain America: Civil War was how well Marvel's effects team have nailed the swing mechanics that define how Spidey moves in the air. It's always about cutting the right balance between him looking slightly cartoonish (which is actually part and parcel of the character) and capturing at least partly believable physics.

From there, the promise of seeing even more action set-pieces with Spidey swinging around was always going to be one of the MCU's most hyped new additions, and this trailer delivers at least two giant sequences.

The end of the trailer shows off one of the genre's go to spectacles - a daring plane-crash/rescue sequence (see Superman Returns, The Dark Knight Rises, Iron Man 3...) which looks to feature Spidey literally pulling the plane out of a dive like a human throttle stick.
