Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse - Ranking Every Character From Worst To Best
4. Peter Porker/Spider-Ham
Apart from the core three of Miles Morales, Peter Parker, and Gwen Stacy, easily the most entertaining version of Spidey in this film is the domestic swine with a penchant for photojournalism, cartoon antics, and a love for hot dogs that probably shouldn't be thought about too much, Spider-Ham.
Into the Spider-Verse is a film that is ripe with meta-humor, so it only stands to reason that one of the weirdest characters in the film gets as many laughs as he does.
The character pulling comically large mallets out of thin air and taking offense to disparaging comments about "cartoons" is funny enough on its own, but when you combine that with John Mulaney's expert-level comedic timing and delivery, you have a recipe for a true show-stealer.
From the moment he's introduced, it's almost impossible not to have a smile on your face when Peter Porker is on the screen. He's fun, unabashedly bizarre, and somehow, even manages to contribute to the emotional weight of the film's final act in his own weird way.
The only thing that could make this character even better is an alternate cut with Mulaney's swear-filled outtakes being released at some point.
