5. Prowler, Kingpin And More

With Donald Glover portraying a version of Aaron Davies in Spider-Man: Homecoming (a link that could yet see Miles take a live action form soon, hopefully), the torch falls to Mahershala Ali to play the character in Sony's animated film, who's taken on the identity of the Prowler, so it would seem.
Depicted as both an anti-hero and as a career criminal in the comics, Prowler is a character intrinsically linked to Spider-Man and in particular Miles Morales. He's his uncle in the comics, and though we don't get to see Aaron out of the mask in the trailer, he looks to be going toe-to-toe with Jake Johnson's Peter Parker (more on that in a second).
Also spotted in the trailer are Green Goblin (taking on his more monstrous self from the Ultimate line of comics on which the film's based) and Kingpin, with Liev Schreiber swapping the dark and dingy pallet of Fox's X-Men series to portray Wilson Fisk in the feature.
No word on who's voicing Goblin yet, but given how the fight ends in the comics, there could be more to this confrontation than meets the eye.
