17. That Nissan Product Placement

Look, product placement is an inevitable part of any big blockbuster movie, and there's no denying that basically everybody wanted to get their wares prominently displayed in the biggest film of the year.

While the MCU has mostly handled its product placement with enough subtlety or at least good humour - looking at you, Baskin Robbins in Ant-Man - there's a brief but rather cringe-worthy moment of shameless shilling during the freeway battle between Spidey and Doc Ock.

At one point, Doc Ock throws a car at Spidey, and because the production clearly had a deal with Nissan, the camera lingers on the hood ornament as the car is hurled towards the camera.

It's hardly the worst product placement out there, but it's a bizarre distraction placed right in the middle of an otherwise thrilling set-piece.
