10. Electro
Jamie Foxx's Max Dillon was somewhat the middle of the row when it comes to the villains brought back for Spider-Man: No Way Home.
Electro had more to do than Lizard and Sandman, yet he wasn't as pivotal to the plot as Doctor Octopus or Norman Osborn. Still, what we got here was an Electro who was vastly superior to the character we saw in The Amazing Spider-Man 2.
This time, the look for Electro was hugely better, Foxx got better dialogue to work with, and the character at least was utilised as someone who was in two minds over whether or not to accept the offer of help from this world's Spider-Man.
