9. The Who Wants To Be That Character Cosplay?
Hey to each his own so this is only number nine on the list, but the question is still going to run through everyone's mind at least once when they see it. The cosplayer, no matter how well they do it, who insists on being a non-lovable character incurs the wrath that character also receives by dressing up in their image. A good example is that Family Guy episode when Lois dresses up like Peter Criss from KISS to go to the concert and Peter gives her crap about it. Just like other convention goers probably gave this kid crap for being Anakin Skywalker. It's a bold choice of costume and he pulls it off extremely well, but still, who wants to be creepy, awkward, and evil Anakin "Annie" Skywalker? Rather be Vader any day. Just saying.
