8. A Villain/Antagonist Worthy of Taking on Boba Fett
This was one of the main complaints with the Star Wars prequels: The lack of a strong villain. Sure we all knew that Anakin was going to turn Badakin, but that didnt mean we didnt mean we didnt need a strong villain to hold the pre-trilogy together. Think about how awesome it would have been had they developed Darth Maul into something more than he was. He had the iconic look, a cool-as-hell weapon, and really could have been the Darth Vader of the prequels. Instead, he gets lopped in half, and thrown down a hole, only to be replaced by Christopher Lees infinitely less cool, Count Dooku. The Boba Fett movie needs to avoid this at all costs. It cannot afford to have a weak antagonist for Boba Fett to go against. The great thing about Boba Fett is that, due to his anti-hero nature, anyone can be the villain for him to go against. The Empire can be after him for not taking down a Rebel bounty, the Rebellion can go after him for helping the Empire, etc. You have to believe that the antagonist truly can take down Boba Fett. As long as someone is the yin to his yang, great things can happen.
