6. He Was The First Jedi To Become A Force Ghost
Qui-Gon learned how to become a Force Ghost, or Spirit, from the Force Priestesses. This knowledge allowed him to become immortal after he was killed by Darth Maul. Qui-Gon was the first Jedi to master this skill, or even know of it. He learned of this ability because of his devotion to the Living Force.
After his death, Qui-Gon was able to speak through the Force. He used this skill to guide both Yoda, and Obi-Wan after the destruction of the Jedi. He taught both Jedi how to become Force Spirits. He even taught the skill to Anakin shortly before the former Sith’s death.
This knowledge allowed Hayden Christensen to make that weird cameo at the end of Return of the Jedi.
