Star Wars: 9 Lightsabers You Didn't Know Exist (And What They Mean)

9. Cane Lightsaber

Jedi around during the Clone Wars typically wore their weapon around their belt, displayed in full view and ready to be activated at a moment's notice. Not all Jedi opted for that approach though, with Master Tera Sinube actually integrating his light blue saber into his own walking cane.

Of course, sword-canes themselves aren't exactly a new phenomenon. They were particularly popular during the Victorian era, but the Star Wars equivalent seems slightly more timeless. Sinube used his during the Clone Wars, and an older Maul utilised one during the Rise of the Empire, where he would cross paths with Obi-Wan Kenobi one last time.

The fact the cane saber was relatively inconspicuous helped the former Sith Apprentice greatly during the rise of the Empire. He used it to deceive the crew of the Ghost in his search for Obi-Wan, but his skills were no match for the old Jedi Master, as old Ben dispatched his old rival in one strike when they fought on Tatooine.
