Star Wars: 9 Things About The Last Jedi That Make No Sense

3. How Did That Kid Get The Rebel Ring?

The Last Jedi ends with a nice piece of symbolism. A young orphan on Canto Bight brandishes a ring bearing the Resistance insignia to remind us that Luke Skywalker's legacy will remain strong long after his death, but where did the piece of jewellery in question come from?

Canto Bight is far from a hub of rebel activity. Finn and Rose visit the location and the orphans help them out, yet at no point is either of them seen handing over a ring bearing the blood-red symbol of rebellion.

It's widely assumed that Rose was the one who passed the item on to the Force-sensitive youngster, since she owns an identical ring, but would it have killed Rian Johnson to show this on screen to clear up the confusion?
