9. Kylo Ren Fights For His Life
While the Resistance were busy making off with a shiny new Star Destroyer, Kylo Ren would have been on the other side of the Galaxy tracking down an ancient weapon he could use to end Rey and his mother's army once and for all. After a confrontation with Luke's Force Ghost on Mustafar, Kylo would have found that Sith Holocon and a message from Emperor Palpatine telling him to seek out Tor Valum, a Sith Master and Palpatine's teacher.
However, as he was still conflicted, the Holocron would have unleashed a burst of red Force lightning which left Kylo badly injured and horribly scarred.
In this piece, we see the villain being tended to by some of the planet's inhabitants as they nurse him back to health. Shocked by their selflessness, it was at this point Kylo was going to start realising that redemption might be possible and that there was still good inside him.
