12. Footage Will Debut At Star Wars Celebration Europe
Disney will use the upcoming auspicious Star Wars Celebration event in London this month.
Collider's Frosty seemed to hint heavily that some footage is incoming, having seen some teaser material at the License Expo in Los Angles.
That would fit with the idea of Celebration being an extremely special event: it's likely something big is going to go down there.

It would certainly make a lot of sense. I'd expect to see both the title for Episode VIII and some footage (as well as a Rogue One trailer) as pretty nailed on suggestions.
