Star Wars: Every Upcoming Project Ranked By Anticipation

Season 1 of The Mandalorian was certainly solid, but Season 2 took things to an entirely different level -- leaving Star Wars fans itching for more. After all, in addition to Season 2's dramatic beats and stellar action set pieces, there is still tons of story left to explore when the show returns in December.

For starters, there's the obvious hanging plot thread of Grogu's fate now that he's off to be trained by Jedi Master Luke Skywalker.

On top of that, main protagonist Din Djarin still has some things to work out with Bo-Katan Kryze, namely the fact that he currently possesses the Darksaber and that it's a bit more complicated than simply handing it over. And let's not forget the fact that Moff Gideon still has a lot to answer for.

The third season of the first live-action Star Wars series is shaping up to be an interesting one, to say the very least. And with multiple spinoffs on the way and Lucasfilm building to a climactic crossover event, the best The Mandalorian has to offer may still be yet to come.
